RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We recommend reading the following document carefully before requesting an exchange or refund. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service team at shop@4ccccees.com.

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to SHOES MANAGEMENT SLU, at the address C/SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PRAL 1 08003, BARCELONA, within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date on which the product was delivered. 

We recommend protecting the box with the same packaging we used for the outbound shipment. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use a similar one so that the purchased item arrives in perfect condition. If the item is returned in poor condition, 4CCCCEES reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return request.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FROM SPAIN

The customer may request an exchange for another model or size as long as it is available at www.4ccccees.com at the time Shoes Management SLU receives the return. In this case, the return shipping costs of the first return will be paid by Shoes Management SLU. Shoes Management SLU will send the new product to the customer once it has received the return of the previous product in suitable conditions and the payment of the difference has been made in case that the requested exchange is of a higher value than the returned product. 

If the customer requests a refund, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to our address detailed above.

We offer a very simple exchange/return system with Correos Express. You can use this system explained below or you can make the return yourself by choosing the carrier/courier service of your choice. 

STEPS TO MANAGE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

OPTION 1: Manage the return on your account taking the package to a collection point. For this, you must follow the following steps:

  • Access the following website:https://ccccees.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  • Indicate your zip code and the number of your order (do not forget to put the # at the beginning of the order number).
  • Follow the instructions that will appear. During the process you can indicate if you want to make a refund or on the contrary change the size / model, and you can also leave us a message if you wish. Finally you can choose the delivery point that is most comfortable than the system will provide you with.
  • Finished the process, you must print the label that has been created.
  • Place a paper inside your package indicating your name and the order number, so we can identify the package when it arrives at our offices.
  • Pack the product
  • Paste the label to your package.
  • Finally, you can take your package to the chosen delivery point so it arrives to our office as soon as possible.

If you use this option, the return shipping cost (€ 5) will be deducted from the refund.

OPTION 2:

Request the collection of the package at your home address. To do this, you must follow the following steps:

  • Go to the following website: https://www.correosexpress.com/web/correosexpress/recogidas3?id=246950001
  • Fill in the form fields and click the 'Save' button. You will receive a confirmation of the collection request to your email.
  • Place a piece of paper inside your package indicating your name and order number, so that we can identify the package when it arrives at our offices. 
  • Package the product 
  • Finally, you just have to give the package to the person who comes to pick it up at your home on the date and time selected. This person will take the label to attach to your package. 

If you use this option, the return shipping cost (5€) will be deducted from the refund.

OPTION 3:

Send the product yourself to our offices using a carrier/courier service selected by you. We recommend you select one that offers delivery with a tracking number, in order to ensure that the package does not get lost. Shoes Management SLU is not responsible for any possible incidents with the courier/courier service selected by the customer.

Place a piece of paper inside your package indicating your name and order number, so that we can identify the package when it arrives at our offices.

EUROPEAN UNION (Excluding Spain)

Send the product yourself to our offices by a carrier/courier service selected by you selected by you. We recommend that you select one that offers delivery with tracking number, so that you can be sure that the package is not lost.

USA and Canadà

We do not have Pick Up services outside of Spain, so you must send yourself the product to our offices through a carrier / messaging service selected by you. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and they will not be refunded. We will make the refund of the value of the ordered product, once we receive it back in our office. We recommend selecting a shipping service that offers delivery with tracking number, to ensure that the package doesn't get lost.

Place a paper inside your package indicating your name and the order number, so we can identify the package when it arrives to our office.

In order to not generate customs import costs, you must put an envelope on the outside of the package with the following documentation:

  1. Contact us and tell us that you want to make a return. We will answer you including a proforma return invoice that you will have to attach outside your package printing 3 copies.

Any extra cost generated due to failures in the management of return by the customer will be discounted of the amount to be returned.

Right of withdrawal

The purchaser shall have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without stating the reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified by telephone to 932687362, by email to shop@4ccccees.com, by sending your letter to our postal address C/ SANT PERE MES ALT 18 PRAL 1 08003, BARCELONA, or by using the withdrawal form.
